The talented Calligrapher Pokras Lampas painted a rooftop in the city center of Shanghai. He has written "未来" using Chinese lettering in the middle of the rooftop that translates into English as "The Future". He also put a phrase "Create What You Believe" (in English) around the central word "The Future". Pokras always talks to us about the future, a confluence of cultures, the language and writing as a multi-cultural language through his incredible works.

This time I had a chance to re-think a place, language and calligraphy by means of my experiments with the refraction of light in a triangular prism. The use of this technique always triggers the duality of human perception. The refraction of light reproduces additional visual properties of objects, surfaces and textures.
